Marc Dollinger, Ph.D. is the Goldman Family endowed chair in Jewish Studies and Social Responsibility at San Francisco State University. He’s the author, most recently of, Black Power, Jewish Politics: Reinventing the Alliance in the 1960s. He teaches courses in American Jewish history, Jewish social responsibility and antisemitism. He’s served in a ton of Jewish communal positions, including the board of the Jewish Community Federation in the bay area.
